How does the app work?
When you feel the urge to text your ex, open Don't Text. The app will show you context-aware messages based on your situation - how long since the breakup, your stated goal, time of day, and more. It helps you reflect before you act.
What are Control Passes?
Control Passes unlock extended protection periods (7, 14, or 30 days) where you get access to all features without ads. They're one-time purchases that activate immediately.
Is my data private?
Yes. All your personal data (breakup date, goals, intercept history) is stored locally on your device only. We don't have access to it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I reset my data?
Yes. Go to Settings in the app and tap 'Reset All Data'. This will reset your breakup date, goal, and streak. Your intercept history is preserved. This cannot be undone.
How do I restore my purchase?
Go to Settings and tap 'Restore Purchases'. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.
The app isn't working correctly
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling. If you still have problems, contact us at the email below.
